Handle with care! Potentially Hazardous Foods (PHFs):
Milk or milk products, shell eggs, meats, poultry, fish, shellfish, edible crustacea (shrimp, lobster, crab, etc.) baked or boiled potatoes, tofu and other soy-protein foods, plant foods that have been cooked (or heat-treated), raw seeds and sprouts, and sliced melons. Garlic and oil mixtures that have not been commercially treated are also potentially hazardous.
